Virtual Design

• One Hour Virtual Consultation – A one-hour video consultation (FaceTime or Zoom) during which I provide advice and ideas for your home.  We will take a look at your space, and I will answer any and all questions you have about your home.  Some clients schedule multiple calls over the course of a large project to check in and obtain continued guidance. 

• Design Board & Floor Plan – A full design board for your space.  I provide the sources for all of my recommendations (sources will be found either online or ordered through HCB Interiors).  I also include a floor plan, as needed. 

Local Design                                              

• In Home Consultation– Up to two hours of time to walk through your home, sharing ideas, choosing paint colors, and even rearranging furniture.  Great for obtaining general advice for all areas of your home.

 • Design Board - A full design board for your space.  I provide the sources for all of my recommendations (sources will be found either locally, online, or ordered through HCB Interiors).  Does not include project management.                                                          

• Full Service Design – New build, remodel, or selections.  Cost dependent on scope of work, contact me for an estimate.      

• Staging - (billed in hourly increments, minimum two hours) For local or online clients trying to rent or sell their home.  Staged homes sell up to 3 times faster than non-staged homes.
